Shipping policy

We are experiencing delays & undeliverable areas for all out of the country orders (outside of the US). 

All orders are made-to-order basis, therefore there is a 1-3 week processing time not including delivery time frame. Order should take about 4 weeks latest to arrive (in US).

We are not responsible for custom charges. No custom charges will be refunded. We are based in the United States.

Out of the country orders may take from 2-6 weeks shipping time (not including processing time.

We are not responsible for stolen or lost packages after they have been delivered.
