Refund policy
ALL SALES ARE FINAL. WE WILL NOT CANCEL OR EXCHANGE ANY ORDER.
Please double check the size and item before checkout; we will not switch or cancel it.
The only acceptable returns are of damaged product or an incorrect item was received (wrong size, wrong item, wrong color). If you would like to file a claim for a defective or damaged item, it must be completed within a 15-day window from the day the product was received.
We do not accept exchanges, even if the wrong size was purchased so please be sure to check your selections before finishing checkout. All claims are to be filled with our company email 3sibscompany@gmail.com

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
Exceptions / non-returnable items
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.
Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
